Fitness
boot camp style training offering
incomparable
course content ranging from partner
exercises, team development drills,
tempo and quickness drills, fitness
courses and team competitions to total
body conditioning with aerobic,
resistance, core and flexibility
training, trail runs, and beach
workouts. We know you will not be
bored with these classes!

Instructors
will offer all levels of exercise, so if
you are just getting back into a
routine, you can modify the moves to
work up to the turbo mode. For
those physically fit, be ready to go to
the next level as well.

Simply
bring your mat, towel, dumbbells*,
sunscreen and water, and we'll provide
any additional equipment. Running
shoes are recommended.

first and most important part of this
process is your commitment.

Figure out the best location
and time
that will work with your schedule.
Next, register for
your fitness camp and pay for your camp
tuition. Once registered, you will receive
your welcome packet via email.

Your
welcome packet contains educational
information on "clean
eating". Included are 30 delicious
recipes designed for each meal
(breakfast, lunch, dinner, and
snacks). Mix and match over 100+ recipes
that are healthy and "clean"
for your eating pleasure. This is
not a diet! We are educating you
on how to enjoy those delicious meals you
already enjoy with out all of the junk
in them.

Here
you will receive daily motivational
training. The health and fitness
battle is fought and won by overcoming
your thoughts, issues with self esteem,
and developing mental toughness.
Be inspired by your fitness coach daily.
You'll receive daily inspiration
and motivational emails. We
not only help build your body, but also
help build your mind so that you will
win the mental game eating and living
healthy.

Your
first day of camp will start with and
overall physical assessment of your
weight, body fat, and girth
measurements. This helps us to
form a baseline, so that we can track measurable
results over your 4-week progress. In
addition, you will perform a fitness assessment
so that we can measure improvement in strength
levels. Not only will you receive
accountability from your fitness coach,
you will also receive accountability
from your fellow classmates who will
cheer you on and help keep you motivated
each day.

Each
workout will offer high intensity, boot
camp style training. You will
never see the same workout in a 4-week
period and you may workout as often as
you wish. Some of our clients
choose to workout twice per day.
The choice is yours.
Our
workouts are designed to work various
areas of the body to improve overall
health and fitness levels and you can
expect to burn approximately 500+
calories per workout.
By developing
the habit of daily exercise, you will
have learned to make it a part of your
life. The only thing that has
consistently shown to increase
metabolism ( specifically metabolic
rate) is exercise. Combine
exercise with balanced eating and you
will obtain the results you dream of!
